Our Space
Our outdoor environment offers a large, covered sandpit where our children can explore and engage with their play experiences while caring for their environment. Our tamariki love using our covered deck space to explore carpentry, water, messy play, construction and more! Our playground is a space where our tamariki engage in challenging physical activity, with equipment like monkey bars, bridges and other exciting challenges to conquer! It is also the perfect spot to engage
in group games or have a dance party!
Inside is light, bright, warm and spacious, offering our tamariki areas to be independently creative as they take the lead in their play. We strive to provide an inside environment where children want to stay and explore, confident in using the wide range of resources we have to offer. Children are encouraged to lead their play, it is our teacher's role to provide opportunities for learning experiences to be extended to further their learning.
Our tamariki and whānau voice is visible throughout the centre, with documentation at their level on the walls so they can revisit their learning.
